Welcome to BENÉ Mental Wellness, PC

This is the solo practice of Candace B. Adair MD

Welcome to the office of BENÉ Mental Wellness, PC where Building, Enriching, Nurturing, and Empowering minds is the goal. It is our mission to create a place and space for you to grow and develop holistically. It is our belief that the mind is very intimately and intricately connected to the body. This means biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural factors all make up our human experience.

Our human experience is largely based on our internal experience which affects:

  • Our thoughts - how we view the world and ourselves in it.
  • Our feelings - emotional pain, suffering, stress, anxiety, joy, happiness, fear, etc.
  • Our behavior - patterns of relating to others and to ourselves.

Our belief is that emotional, mental, and physical wellness requires nurturing, empowering, enriching, and building on your uniqueness to reach your best self. This is why Dr. Adair has adopted a holistic and collaborative approach to your care. She defines a holistic approach as taking into account treatment for the whole person. She defines collaborative approach as partnering with you as well as with others who are involved in your care. She encourages your input, feedback, and strives to make it a safe place to have an open conversation about your assessment and treatment plan.
